The invention discloses a hoisting structure convenient for segmented turnover of a deck sheet body and a turnover method of the hoisting structure, and relates to the technical field of shipbuilding. In the hoisting structure, a plurality of turnover hangers are arranged on the first surface of a main panel and are arranged at equal intervals in the width direction of the main panel; the longitudinal plate is arranged on the second surface of the main panel in an extending mode in the length direction of the main panel, the main panel is perpendicular to the longitudinal plate, connecting holes are formed in the two opposite ends of the longitudinal plate in the length direction of the longitudinal plate correspondingly, so that the turnover hanger is arranged between the two opposite connecting holes in the length direction, and the longitudinal plate is further provided with a reinforcing component; hoisting holes corresponding to the connecting holes are formed in the reinforcing component. According to the technical scheme that the whole deck sheet body needs to be hoisted and turned over through the hoisting fittings, the number of the hoisting fittings needing to be disassembled and assembled in the construction process is reduced, material consumption is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. And moreover, the turnover operation of the deck sheet body can be simply and quickly implemented, so that batch turnover operation can be implemented.

    本发明公开一种便于甲板片体分段翻面的吊装结构及其翻面方法,涉及船舶建造的技术领域,该吊装结构中,主面板的第一表面设置有若干翻面吊码,若干翻面吊码沿主面板的宽度方向等间隔排布设置,纵板沿主面板的长度方向延伸设置于主面板的第二表面,主面板与纵板相互垂直,纵板沿其长度方向的相对两端分别开设有连接孔,以使翻面吊码置于沿长度方向相对的两连接孔之间,纵板还设置有加强构件,加强构件上开设有对应于连接孔的吊装孔。甲板片体整体均需通过吊码实现吊装翻面的技术方案,施工过程所需拆装吊码的数量得以减少,节省材料消耗,降低生产成本。并且,甲板片体的翻面作业能够被简易、快速地实施,有利于实施批量的翻面操作。
