The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, and discloses a reusable hoisting device and a hoisting method of a segmented structure, the reusable hoisting device comprises a bottom plate and a connecting bridge plate, the connecting bridge plate adopts two same vertical bridge plates, namely a first vertical bridge plate and a second vertical bridge plate, and the first vertical bridge plate and the second vertical bridge plate are fixed at the left end and the right end of the bottom plate respectively; the middle front section of each vertical bridge plate is recessed downwards, the height of the middle front section is lower than that of the rear section, and the whole vertical bridge plate is approximately L-shaped; a hoisting hole is formed in the front section of each vertical bridge plate; a web plate is arranged between the first vertical bridge plate and the second vertical bridge plate at the front part of the bottom plate, the web plate is welded with the bottom plate and the vertical bridge plates, the top edge of the front part of each vertical bridge plate is provided with an anti-bending supporting column which is inclined towards the rear upper part, and the inclination angles and the lengths of the two anti-bending supporting columns are the same. According to the device, the size of the sections is increased, the requirement for the minimum distance between the double vehicles in double-vehicle linkage hoisting is met, hoisting in a plant is achieved, the construction progress is accelerated, and the section construction cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,公开了一种可重复使用的吊装装置及分段结构的吊装方法,包括底板和连接桥板,所述连接桥板采用两个相同的立式桥板,分别为第一立式桥板、第二立式桥板,第一、第二立式桥板分别固定在底板的左、右两端,各立式桥板的中前段向下凹进,中前段的高度低于后段的高度,整体近似L型;各立式桥板的前段设置有吊装孔;在底板前部的第一立式桥板与第二立式桥板之间设置有腹板,所述腹板与底板及立式桥板相焊接,在各立式桥板的前部顶边上各设置有一向后上方倾斜的抗弯支撑柱,两根抗弯支撑柱的倾角及长度相同。该装置增大了分段的尺寸,满足了双车联吊双车最小间距要求,实现厂房内吊装,加快施工进度,降低分段建造成本。
