The invention discloses a power domain controller and a motor torque control method, and the power domain controller comprises a BMS function module which is used for generating power battery information based on vehicle information; the charging and discharging module is composed of an OBC function module and a DCDC function module and outputs battery charging and discharging information; the VCU function module is used for generating demand torque information based on the vehicle information and the related information of the power battery; and the MCU function module is used for generating a torque control signal based on the vehicle information and the required torque information. According to the invention, through the control of each functional module in the integrated power domain, the complexity is reduced, the problems of low error-tolerant rate and low accuracy of the CAN bus caused by factors such as increase of the load rate of the CAN bus and electromagnetic interference in the transmission process of the CAN bus are effectively avoided, and the transmission efficiency of the CAN bus is improved. The accuracy of related signals of torque calculation or torque control in the transmission process is greatly improved, and then the safety of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开一种动力域控制器及电机扭矩控制的方法,动力域控制器包括:BMS功能模块,用于基于车辆信息生成动力电池信息;充放电模块,由OBC功能模块以及DCDC功能模块组成,输出电池充放电信息;VCU功能模块,用于基于车辆信息以及动力电池相关信息生成需求扭矩信息;MCU功能模块,用于基于车辆信息以及需求扭矩信息生成扭矩控制信号。本发明通过集成动力域内各个功能模块的控制,降低了复杂程度,有效避免了CAN总线传输过程中,由于CAN总线负载率增加以及电磁干扰等因素,导致CAN总线容错率低、准确性低的问题,极大地提高了扭矩计算或扭矩控制的相关信号在传输过程中的准确性,进而提高了整车安全性。
