The embodiment of the invention provides a motor output torque control method, a motor control system and a vehicle. The control method applied to a motor controller comprises the steps: obtaining a current value of a torque output by a motor to a gearbox and a change trend of the torque; when the change trend of the torque indicates that the torque is in a zero-crossing switching process and thecurrent value of the torque is zero, entering a torque pre-tightening mode, and making an absolute value of the torque output to the gearbox by the motor be not greater than a first threshold value; and when the gearbox is determined to meet the pre-tightening requirement, quitting the torque pre-tightening mode. According to the technical scheme, the output torque is controlled, a rotating speedof a driving gear is small when the gearbox changes a direction, a backlash between the gears can be eliminated, knocking between the driving gear and the driven gear due to a high rotating speed of the driving gear when the backlash is not eliminated is avoided, a service life of the gearbox can be guaranteed, and meanwhile driving experience of a user can be guaranteed too.
本发明的实施例提供了一种电机输出扭矩的控制方法、电机控制系统及车辆,其中应用于电机控制器的控制方法,包括:获取电机向变速箱输出的扭矩的当前值以及扭矩的变化趋势;当扭矩的变化趋势指示扭矩处于过零切换过程,且扭矩的当前值为零时进入扭矩预紧模式,控制电机向变速箱输出的扭矩的绝对值不大于第一阈值;当确定变速箱达到预紧要求时,退出扭矩预紧模式。本发明的技术方案通过控制输出扭矩的大小,使变速箱在变向时主动齿轮的转速较小,有利于消除齿轮间的齿隙,避免在齿隙未消除时由于主动齿轮的转速较快与从动齿轮产生的敲击,有利于保证变速箱的使用寿命,同时有利于保证用户的驾驶体验。
