The invention provides a motor output torque control method, a device and an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of motor control. The motor output torque control method comprises the steps that under the condition that it is detected that the electric vehicle is in an intelligent single-pedal control mode and the opening degree of an accelerator pedal is zero, the motor rotating speed and the rotating speed change rate are obtained; according to the rotating speed, the current required torque of the electric vehicle is determined; according to the rotating speed of the motor or the rotating speed change rate, an adjusting algorithm for the deviation between the current demand torque and the target torque is determined; adjusting the deviation by adopting a currently determined adjusting algorithm to obtain an adjusting torque; and controlling the motor to output corresponding torque according to the adjusting torque. According to the scheme, when the automobile is in the intelligent single-pedal control mode and a user does not have an acceleration demand, quick braking is achieved, and the control comfort of the user is improved.

    本发明提供一种电机输出扭矩的控制方法、装置及电动汽车,涉及电机控制技术领域,所述电机输出扭矩的控制方法包括:在检测到电动汽车处于智能单踏板控制模式且加速踏板的开度为零的情况下,获取电机转速及转速变化率;根据所述转速,确定所述电动汽车的当前需求扭矩;根据所述电机转速或所述转速变化率,确定对所述当前需求扭矩和目标扭矩的偏差的调节算法;采用当前确定的调节算法,对所述偏差进行调节,获得调节扭矩;根据所述调节扭矩,控制所述电机输出相应扭矩。本发明的方案实现了在汽车处于智能单踏板控制模式且用户无加速需求时,实现快速刹车,提升用户操控舒适性。
