The invention provides a motor torque control method and device and a hybrid electric vehicle torque control method. The method comprises the steps that the motor rated torque corresponding to the required rotating speed of a motor is searched for; if the motor demand torque is smaller than or equal to the motor rated torque, controlling the motor output torque to be equal to the motor demand torque; if the motor demand torque is greater than the motor rated torque and the motor real-time temperature is less than or equal to the decreasing threshold, controlling the motor output torque to be equal to the motor demand torque; if the required torque of the motor is larger than the rated torque of the motor and the real-time temperature of the motor is smaller than the temperature protection threshold value and larger than the amplitude reduction threshold value, the output torque of the motor is controlled between zero and the required torque of the motor, and the closer the real-time temperature of the motor is the amplitude reduction threshold value, the closer the output torque of the motor is the required torque of the motor. The closer the real-time temperature of the motor is to the temperature protection threshold value, the closer the output torque of the motor is to zero. According to the application, the torque requirement can be met as far as possible on the premise of avoiding forced outage triggered by overheating of the motor.

    本申请提供一种电机扭矩控制方法及装置、混合动力汽车扭矩控制方法,该方法包括:查找电机需求转速对应的电机额定扭矩;若电机需求扭矩小于或等于电机额定扭矩,则控制电机输出扭矩等于电机需求扭矩;若电机需求扭矩大于电机额定扭矩,电机实时温度小于或等于降幅阈值,则控制电机输出扭矩等于电机需求扭矩;若电机需求扭矩大于电机额定扭矩,电机实时温度小于温度保护阈值,大于降幅阈值,则将电机输出扭矩控制在零到电机需求扭矩之间,其中,电机实时温度越接近降幅阈值,电机输出扭矩越接近电机需求扭矩,电机实时温度越接近温度保护阈值,电机输出扭矩越接近零。通过本申请,在避免电机过热触发强制断电的前提下,能够尽可能满足扭矩需求。
