The invention provides a power domain controller of an electric vehicle and a motor torque control method, and the power domain controller comprises an acquisition module which is used for acquiring vehicle information; the BMS function module is in communication connection with the acquisition module and is used for generating power battery related information based on the vehicle information; the VCU function module is in communication connection with the acquisition module and the BMS function module and is used for generating demand torque information based on the vehicle information and the related information of the power battery; and the MCU function module is in communication connection with the acquisition module and the VCU function module and is used for generating a torque control signal based on the vehicle information and the required torque information so as to control a motor to execute the required torque. The problems of low error-tolerant rate and low accuracy of the CAN bus caused by factors such as increase of the load rate of the CAN bus and electromagnetic interference in the transmission process of the CAN bus are solved, the accuracy of related signals of torque calculation or torque control in the transmission process is greatly improved, and the safety of the whole vehicle is further improved.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车的动力域控制器及电机扭矩的控制方法,该域控制器包括:采集模块,用于采集车辆信息;BMS功能模块,与采集模块通信连接并用于基于车辆信息生成动力电池相关信息;VCU功能模块,与采集模块、BMS功能模块通信连接并用于基于车辆信息以及动力电池相关信息生成需求扭矩信息;MCU功能模块,与采集模块、VCU功能模块通信连接并用于基于车辆信息以及需求扭矩信息生成扭矩控制信号,以用于控制电机执行需求扭矩。避免了使用CAN总线进行传输过程中,由于CAN总线负载率增加以及电磁干扰等因素,导致CAN总线容错率低、准确性低的问题,极大地提高了扭矩计算或扭矩控制的相关信号在传输过程中的准确性,进而提高了整车安全性。
