The invention discloses a four-shaft manual control reversing clutch sheet type self-adaptive automatic speed change electric driving system, which comprises a motor, a speed change assembly and a differential mechanism, not only realizes a reverse gear function, but also is quick in gear shifting response, reduces one layer of transmission in the radial direction, simplifies a transmission path and improves the response speed of gear shifting. The self-adaptive mechanical transmission has the advantage of self-adaptive mechanical transmission, switching and maintaining of a low-speed gear and a high-speed gear are achieved under the combined action of traction force and running resistance, high driving torque can be provided in a constant torque area, and high rotating speed can be provided in a constant power area; and low-speed, large-torque and high-efficiency requirements of various complex working conditions of vehicle acceleration, climbing and high-speed driving can be met. Each clutch unit axially moves back and forth in the frame clutch disc mechanism in an elastic pressure-equalizing sorting mode under the combined acting force of traction force and driving resistance, and work tasks such as power transmission, non-power transmission, transmission direction change and power distribution are completed.

    本发明公开了一种四轴人控倒车离合片式自适应自动变速电驱动系统,包括电机、变速总成和差速器,不仅实现倒挡功能,同时换挡响应迅速,而且在径向上减少了一层传动,简化了传动路径,提高了换挡的响应速度。具有自适应机械变速的优点,采用牵引力以及行驶阻力共同作用实现低速和高速挡的切换以及维持,既能在恒转矩区提供较高的驱动转矩,又能在恒功率区提供较高的转速,还能实现低速大扭矩、高效率满足车辆加速、爬坡与高速行驶的多种复杂工况的要求。各个离合单元在牵引力和行驶阻力共同作用力下,在框架离合片机构中做弹性均压排序的轴向往返移动,完成传递动力、非传递动力、改变传动方向和动力分配等工作任务。
