The invention discloses a four-shaft middle inertia reversing taper clutch type electric control automatic speed changing electric driving system which comprises a power motor, a speed changing assembly and a two-shaft power output mechanism, meanwhile, the function of manual control reversing is achieved, and the system is simple and reliable. An electric control gear shifting mechanism is installed at one end of the main shaft, active high and low speed gear shifting and manual control front and back gear shifting can be achieved, and an electric control algorithm is extremely simple. In the active gear shifting process, the taper clutch mechanism can serve as an excellent vibration absorption mechanism, gear shifting impact is effectively absorbed, and the gear shifting process is extremely stable; the motor can always and efficiently work in the current high-efficiency area according to the change of the driving intention, a multi-parameter control strategy with the consciousness and intention of people as priority is realized, and harmony and unification of people, vehicles, roads and running resistance/running load are realized; the important scientific and engineering technology common key problem of traction/driving force-running resistance/load efficient and accurate balance control is solved.

    本发明公开了一种四轴中置惯性倒车锥度离合式电控自动变速电驱动系统,包括动力电机、变速总成和两轴动力输出机构,同时,还实现了人控倒车的功能,简单可靠。主轴的一端安装有电控换挡机构,不仅能够实现主动高低速换挡和人控前后换挡,而且电控算法极为简单;在主动换挡过程中,锥度离合机构能够作为极佳的吸振机构,有效吸收换挡冲击,使换挡过程极其平稳;使电机能够根据驾驶意图的变化始终高效地保持在当前高效率区内工作,实现以人的意识和意图为优先的“多参数”控制策略,实现了人、车、路和行驶阻力/运行负荷的和谐统一,解决了牵引力/驱动力‑行驶阻力/载荷高效精确平衡控制的重大科学和工程技术共性关键难题。
