The invention discloses a climbing robot power platform outside a tower drum of a wind driven generator and a climbing method, the climbing robot power platform comprises a platform module provided with a deformable foot plate through a radial push-pull mechanism, the outer side of the deformable foot plate is provided with a holding belt, and the holding belt surrounds the deformable foot plate on the platform module; the embracing belt drives the deformable foot plate to be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state through tightening and loosening actions, and the deformable foot plate is attached to and pressed on the outer wall of the tower drum in the folded state, so that the deformable foot plate tightly embraces the tower drum; the platform module comprises an upper-layer platform and a lower-layer platform which are connected through a platform lifting driving mechanism, the distance between the upper-layer platform and the lower-layer platform is adjusted through the platform lifting driving mechanism, and climbing and descending of the platform module along the tower drum are achieved. The deformable foot plates are driven by the embracing belts to deform so as to embrace and fasten the tower drum, fixation is firmer, more stable lifting along the tower drum is achieved through alternate movement of the upper platform and the lower platform, and convenience and safety of tower drum maintenance are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了风力发电机塔筒外的爬升机器人动力平台及爬升方法,包括通过径向推拉机构设置有可形变脚板的平台模组,可形变脚板的外侧设置有抱带,抱带围合该平台模组上的可形变脚板,抱带通过收紧及松开动作带动可形变脚板在收拢状态与展开状态之间切换,可形变脚板在收拢状态时贴合压紧在塔筒的外壁,使可形变脚板紧抱塔筒;平台模组包括通过平台升降驱动机构相连的上层平台和下层平台,通过平台升降驱动机构调节上层平台与下层平台之间的距离,实现平台模组沿塔筒的爬升及下降。本发明通过抱带带动可形变脚板形变对塔筒进行环抱紧固,固定更加牢固,通过上、下平台交替运动实现沿塔筒更为稳定的升降,极大提高对塔筒维修的便利性与安全性。
