The rotating arm steering assembly is provided with a rotating arm, the tail end of the rotating arm is hinged to the bridge frame, the head end of the rotating arm is hinged to a motor base connecting shaft, a rotating arm oil cylinder is arranged to drive the rotating arm to horizontally deflect, and a steering oil cylinder is further arranged to drive the motor base connecting shaft to rotate through a push-pull rod. The driving walking assembly is provided with a motor base, a hydraulic motor and walking wheels, the hydraulic motor drives the walking wheels to walk, and the steering oil cylinder drives the walking wheels to steer by driving a motor base connecting shaft to rotate. According to the chassis, the wheel distance of the walking wheels can be adjusted according to the sugarcane planting line spacing of a sugarcane plot, so that the wheel distance is matched with the sugarcane line spacing, and to-be-harvested sugarcanes in adjacent lines are prevented from being pressed. In addition, the chassis adopts the design of four-wheel driving and four-wheel steering, the overall turning radius is small, and the passing performance is good.

    本发明提供了一种轮距轴距可调整的轮式底盘,其桥架的前后两端在其左右两侧分别连接有转臂转向组件,转臂转向组件的下端还连接有驱动行走组件。转臂转向组件设有转臂,转臂的尾端铰接在桥架上,转臂的头端铰接有马达座连接轴,并设有转臂油缸驱动转臂水平偏摆,还设有转向油缸经推拉杆来带动马达座连接轴的转动。驱动行走组件设有马达座、液压马达和行走轮,液压马达驱动行走轮行走,转向油缸通过带动马达座连接轴的转动来驱使行走轮转向。本底盘可根据甘蔗地块的甘蔗种植行间距来调整行走轮的轮距,使之与甘蔗行间距相匹配,避免压到待收割的临近行甘蔗。另外本底盘采用四轮驱动和四轮转向的设计,整体转弯半径小且通过性能好。
