The invention relates to a wheel track and axle base adjusting device of a skateboard chassis. The device comprises a motor, a worm and gear pair, a right-hand thread pair and a left-hand thread pair, the motor is connected with an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) of a lengthening button connected with the wheelbase and the wheel track; the worm and gear pair comprises a worm, a worm bearing and a gear, double-end studs with opposite rotating directions are arranged at the two ends of the gear, the two ends of the worm are matched with an output shaft of the motor and the worm bearing respectively, the worm is provided with a spline sleeve and is in meshed transmission connection with the gear, and the left thread pair and the right thread pair comprise nuts and are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the double-end studs. The nuts are respectively connected with the double-end studs, each nut can extend into a frame beam and is fixed in the frame beam, and the frame beam is connected with a track; according to the device, in the sliding plate chassis, the wheel track and the axle base can be stretched or compressed according to the willingness of a driver, the cab space is increased, the comfort requirement is met, or the length and width of the whole vehicle are reduced, narrow road driving, turning around and parking in place are facilitated, and wheels change along with the size of a passenger compartment.

    本发明涉及一种滑板底盘的轮距、轴距调整装置,包括电动机、蜗轮蜗杆副、右、左旋螺纹副;电动机与连接轴距、轮距的加长按钮的ECU相连;蜗轮蜗杆副包括蜗杆、蜗杆轴承和齿轮,齿轮两端设有旋向相反的双头螺柱,蜗杆两端分别与电动机的输出轴和蜗杆轴承配合,蜗杆带花键套与齿轮啮合传动连接,左、右螺纹副均包括螺母,左、右螺纹副对称设置于双头螺柱的左、右两侧,分别与双头螺柱连接,每个螺母可伸入车架梁内,并固定在车架梁内,车架梁与轨道相连;本装置可实现滑板底盘中,轮距、轴距按照驾驶员意愿拉伸或压缩,提升驾驶室空间,满足舒适性需求,或缩小整车长宽,方便窄路行驶、掉头,和停车入位,实现了车轮跟随乘员舱尺寸变化。
