The invention provides a ship lift navigable ship height limit monitoring and early warning system and method. According to the system, two cameras which are arranged on the same rod in parallel are adopted, a standard measuring rod serves as a reference object, images of a certain number of pre-navigable ships berthing in a specified area are obtained according to a set sampling frequency, and the ship height is calculated according to the obtained images and a set algorithm; whether the navigation height limiting condition is met or not is judged by combining the ship lift operation technical requirements such as upstream and downstream water levels, upstream limiting elevation and downstream limiting elevation, and navigation ship height exceeding monitoring information interaction and early warning information broadcast notification are completed by combining a navigation dispatching system and a navigation broadcasting system. According to the invention, the two cameras and the fixed reference object are utilized to realize automatic measurement of the height of the navigable ship of the ship lift, the requirement on equipment hardware is low, the method is simple, and the applicability is high.
本发明提供了一种升船机通航船舶限高监测预警系统和方法。该系统采用两个同杆并架的摄像头,以标准测量杆为参照物,按照设定采样频率获取一定数量的预通航船舶停泊在规定区域的图像,并根据获取图像按既定算法计算船舶高度,结合上下游水位、上游限制高程、下游限制高程等升船机运行技术要求,判别是否满足通航限高条件,结合通航调度系统、通航广播系统完成通航船舶超高监测信息交互和预警信息广播通告。本发明利用两个摄像头和固定参照物实现了对升船机通航船舶高度的自动测量,对设备硬件要求低,方法简单,适用性强。
