A water wind power generation control system (100) is provided with: a plurality of power generation units (10) that generate wind power by means of a kite (26) connected to a floating body (16) via a tether (24); a position information acquisition unit that is provided to each of the plurality of power generation units (10) and acquires position information of a floating body (16) and a kite (26) of the power generation unit (10); a communication unit which is provided to each of the plurality of power generation units (10) so that the plurality of power generation units (10) can transmit and receive position information to and from each other; and a control unit (30) that controls the movement of the floating body (16) such that the distance (d) between the plurality of power generation units (10) derived on the basis of the position information of each of the plurality of power generation units (10) is maintained at a predetermined distance.
