The invention provides a single-degree-of-freedom unfolding three-edge annular truss mechanism which comprises an inner-layer annular truss and an outer-layer annular truss. The three-edge annular truss is formed by connecting a plurality of three-edge deployable structure units; each three-edge deployable structure unit comprises three vertical rods, four transverse rods, three chord members, seven telescopic inclined sleeves, three sliding block connecting rods, two fixing lock catches, a sliding block, three three-joint hinges, two four-joint hinges and four five-joint hinges. The section of the triangular annular truss is triangular after the triangular annular truss is completely unfolded. The three-edged annular truss is a single-degree-of-freedom unfolding mechanism, the structural characteristic of the three-edged annular truss guarantees the synchronism of truss unfolding, and meanwhile the specific stiffness of the annular truss structure is remarkably improved.

    本发明提出了一种单自由度展开三棱环形桁架机构,包括内层环形桁架、外层环形桁架。三棱环形桁架由多个三棱可展开结构单元连接而成;三棱可展开结构单元包括三根竖杆、四根横杆、三根弦杆、七个可伸缩的斜套筒、三根滑块连接杆、两个固定锁扣、一个滑块、三个三接铰链、两个四接铰链、四个五接铰链;完全展开后三棱环形桁架的截面为三角形。本发明中的三棱环形桁架为单自由度展开机构,其结构特点保证了桁架展开的同步性,同时显著提高了环形桁架结构的比刚度。
