The invention discloses a truss unfolding mechanism and a control method. The truss unfolding mechanism is formed by connecting twelve unit cell mechanisms together. The unit cell mechanism comprises a unit cell fixing seat I, a unit cell fixing seat II, a unit cell fixing seat III, a unit cell fixing seat IV and an adjacent cell connecting seat; the unit cell mechanism is of a symmetrical structure; a first telescopic sleeve is arranged between the first unit cell fixing base and the adjacent cell connecting base, a second telescopic sleeve is arranged between the second unit cell fixing base and the adjacent cell connecting base, a third telescopic sleeve is arranged between the fourth unit cell fixing base and the adjacent cell connecting base, and a fourth telescopic sleeve is arranged between the third unit cell fixing base and the adjacent cell connecting base. Based on a novel double-ring truss structure unfolding principle obtained by improving a traditional single-ring structure, the structure has the advantages that the storage rate is high, the precision is high, the rigidity is large, the stability is high, and the quality is not multiplied along with the increase of the aperture of the antenna.

    本发明公开了展开桁架机构及控制方法,包括十二个单胞机构相互连接共同组成;单胞机构包括单胞固定座一、单胞固定座二、单胞固定座三、单胞固定座四和邻胞连接座;单胞机构为对称结构;单胞固定座一和邻胞连接座之间设置有伸缩套筒一,单胞固定座二和邻胞连接座之间设置有伸缩套筒二,单胞固定座四和邻胞连接座之间设置有伸缩套筒三,单胞固定座三和邻胞连接座之间设置有伸缩套筒四。本发明基于传统单环结构改进得到的新型双环桁架结构展开原理,结构具有收纳率高、精度高、刚度大、稳定性强、质量不随天线口径增大而成倍增加的优点。
