The invention provides a backlash compensation method based on a three-dimensional scanning measurement technology, and belongs to the field of aircraft assembly. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively carrying out three-dimensional scanning on a wallboard and a skeleton to obtain actual outer contour data; performing comparative analysis with a theoretical mathematical model, determining the type and the position of the gap, and measuring the size of the gap; formulating a backlash compensation scheme; and finally, backlash compensation and assembly are carried out. According to the invention, the outline characteristics of the skeleton are quantified through digital measurement, the assembly quality of the skeleton is optimized, and interference and gaps are avoided in advance; the screening efficiency and quality are greatly improved; a hole making connection area suitable for being used as skin pre-positioning can be accurately judged, and secondary error accumulation caused by positioning at an out-of-tolerance position is avoided; the accuracy of compensation material adding is improved, the assembly process is simplified, and the efficiency is improved.
