The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace equipment manufacturing, in particular to an assembly clearance compensation method, which comprises the following steps of: mixing epoxy structural adhesive and chopped fibers to form mixed filler, uniformly coating the mixed filler on an assembly surface of a product participating in assembly, and then packaging in a vacuum bag for curing, so as to obtain a finished product. The mixed filler is filled in the assembly gap through the uniform calendering effect of vacuum pressure on the mixed filler, so that the complex gap in the closed space is accurately eliminated; the scheme is not only suitable for compensating the assembly clearance of a closed product, but also suitable for accurately compensating the assembly clearance of a non-open and closed space, and particularly suitable for accurately compensating the assembly clearance with a complicated assembly profile, non-uniform assembly clearance and clearance not exceeding 1mm, and the applicability is good.

    本发明涉及航空航天装备制造技术领域,具体涉及一种装配间隙补偿方法,该方案采用环氧结构胶与短切纤维进行混合形成混合填料,将混合填料均匀涂覆在参与装配的产品装配面上,然后封装真空袋固化,通过真空压力对混合填料的均匀压延作用将混合填料填充在装配间隙中,从而实现对封闭空间中复杂间隙的准确消除;该方案不仅适用于封闭性产品的装配间隙补偿,还可适用于非开敞、呈封闭空间的装配间隙的准确补偿,尤其是装配型面复杂、装配间隙不均匀且间隙不超过1mm的装配间隙的准确补偿,适用性好。
