The invention relates to a method for monitoring the subsection sinkage of a long shaft system. The method comprises the following steps of: respectively pasting a plurality of reflector plates inside and outside a pit subsection of a host as measurement data acquisition points; a height datum point is arranged on a dock wall on the subsection broadside of the main engine pit; respectively erecting total stations inside and outside the host pit section, and measuring and recording the heights of the reflector plates inside and outside the host pit section by taking the same height reference point as a measurement reference; 3, a cabin segment and a tail shaft segment are sequentially carried, and reflector plates are pasted to the interior and the exterior of the tail shaft segment respectively to serve as measurement data acquisition points; carrying out height data acquisition and recording on the stored measurement data acquisition points once when each segment is carried; and calculating to obtain the actual sinkage of the long shafting segment. According to the method, the data precision of the sinkage in the segmented construction process of the long shaft system is improved in an internal and external combined measurement mode, and reliable data support is provided for subsequent carrying and mounting of the tail shaft system.

    本发明涉及一种长轴系分段下沉量监测方法,包括:在主机凹坑分段的内部和外部分别张贴若干反射片作为测量数据采集点;在主机凹坑分段舷侧的坞墙上设置高度基准点;在主机凹坑分段的内部和外部分别架设全站仪,以同一高度基准点作为测量基准对主机凹坑分段内部和主机凹坑分段外部的反射片进行高度测量并记录;步骤3、依次搭载机舱分段和艉轴分段,艉轴分段的内部和外部分别张贴有反射片作为测量数据采集点;每搭载一个分段则对已存的测量数据采集点进行一次高度数据采集并记录;计算得到长轴系分段的实际下沉量。本发明通过内外联合测量的方式提升了长轴系分段建造过程中下沉量的数据精度,为后续艉轴轴系的搭载安装提供了可靠的数据支撑。
