The invention provides a hydraulically-driven efficient heavy-load transverse-moving hoisting device which comprises a transverse-moving rail fixed to a crane cross beam and two transverse-moving trolleys walking on the transverse-moving rail. The transverse moving trolley comprises a transverse moving trolley frame, a transverse moving telescopic oil cylinder and a hoisting assembly arranged on the transverse moving trolley frame. The hoisting assembly comprises a fixed pulley block fixed to the transverse moving trolley frame, a lifting hook set is hung on the fixed pulley block through a winding steel wire rope, and the lifting hook set is used for achieving hoisting. One end of the transverse moving telescopic oil cylinder is fixed to the oil cylinder installation support through a hinged shaft, the other end of the transverse moving telescopic oil cylinder is fixed to the transverse moving trolley frame, the oil cylinder installation support is fixed to the transverse moving rail, one pump station drives the two hydraulic oil cylinders, and single action and synchronous linkage of the two transverse moving trolleys can be well achieved.
