The invention relates to a method for hydraulically lifting and hoisting a urea synthesis tower. A hydraulic lifter is arranged at the top of a structural frame; rails are arranged on the bottom ground of the structural frame, and a movable supporting platform is installed on the rails; the urea synthesis tower is horizontally placed on the frame platform of the movable supporting platform; the movable supporting platform is enabled to translate on the rails until the top of the urea synthesis tower moves to the bottom of the structural frame; the front end of the urea synthesis tower is connected with a steel strand of the hydraulic lifter, and the rear end of the urea synthesis tower is connected with a lifting appliance on a gantry crane through a steel lifting rope; the hydraulic lifter lifts the urea synthesis tower upwards, the gantry crane slips the tail, and meanwhile, the frame platform continues to move forwards, so that the urea synthesis tower is gradually lifted from a horizontal state to a vertical state; and under the action of the hydraulic lifter, the urea synthesis tower is lifted to a mounting position in the structural frame for mounting. According to the invention, the defect that the tail-sliding crane cannot enter a site with a small working space is overcome, and the operation process is safer and more reliable.
本发明涉及液压提升吊装尿素合成塔的方法,在结构框架顶部设置液压提升器;结构框架底部地面设置轨道,并在轨道上安装移动支撑平台;将尿素合成塔平卧放置在移动支撑平台的框架平台上;使移动支撑平台在轨道上平移,直至尿素合成塔的顶部移动至结构框架底部;在尿素合成塔筒体前端连接液压提升器的钢绞线,在尿素合成塔筒体后端通过钢吊绳连接龙门吊上的吊具;由液压提升器向上提升尿素合成塔,龙门吊进行溜尾,同时使框架平台继续向前移动,使尿素合成塔逐渐由平卧状态提升至竖直状态;在液压提升器作用下将尿素合成塔在结构框架内提升至安装位置,进行安装。本发明克服作业空间小的场地内溜尾吊车无法进场的缺陷,且操作过程更安全、可靠。
