The lifting hook device comprises a walking mechanism, a lifting hook mechanism and a lifting rope, the walking mechanism comprises a walking frame, a first rope wheel, a first pulley assembly and a second pulley assembly, and the second pulley assembly comprises an insertion rod, a pulley yoke, a second pulley body and a spring. The lifting hook mechanism is used for lifting the prefabricated part. The first pulley assembly is hung on the tower arm and is in sliding fit with the upper side of a tower arm track, the second pulley assembly is located on the lower side of the tower arm track, and the pulley yoke and the second pulley body are extruded upwards through the spring, so that the second pulley body slides on the lower side of the tower arm track, the lifting hook device can walk on the upper side and the lower side of the tower arm track at the same time, and the purpose that the lifting hook device runs more stably is achieved.
