The braking energy recovery hydraulic system comprises an energy accumulator and a hydraulic pump, and an oil inlet of the hydraulic pump is sequentially connected with the energy accumulator and an oil cylinder; an oil outlet of the first one-way valve is connected with an oil port formed in one side of a pilot-operated type overflow valve and an oil inlet formed in one side of the first one-way valve, and a pilot-operated valve port formed in the pilot-operated type overflow valve is connected with an oil cylinder through a first electromagnetic reversing valve; compared with a traditional coal mine auxiliary transportation transfer robot braking hydraulic system, the energy utilization rate, the equipment utilization rate and the system response speed of the hydraulic system are improved to a certain degree, the double-energy-accumulator structure can achieve the effects of pressure maintaining and energy recycling and reusing, impact generated in the system can be absorbed, and the energy utilization rate of the system is increased. And the noise is reduced, so that the system is safer, more reliable and more rapid and stable to operate.

    本发明公开了一种煤矿辅助运输转载机器人的制动能量回收液压系统,属于能量回收技术领域,包括蓄能器与液压泵,所述液压泵的进油口依次与蓄能器和油缸连接,其出油口分别与先导式溢流阀进一侧设置的油口与第一单向阀一侧设置的进油口连接,所述先导式溢流阀上设置的先导阀口通过第一电磁换向阀与油缸连接;相较于传统的煤矿辅助运输转载机器人制动液压系统,本发明的液压系统的能量利用率,设备利用率,系统的响应速度都得到了一定改善,并且双蓄能器结构不仅可以实现保压与能量回收再利用的作用,还可以吸收系统中产生的冲击,降低噪音的效果,使系统更加安全可靠,迅速稳定的运行。
