A first generator radiator and a second generator radiator of the hybrid engineering vehicle heat dissipation system are connected in series and are both used for cooling inlet water of a generator and inlet water of a generator controller; the first driving motor radiator and the second driving motor radiator are connected in series and used for cooling inlet water of the driving motor and inlet water of the driving motor controller, and the common fan is used for driving air to conduct heat exchange with the first generator radiator and the first driving motor radiator at the same time. The generator cooling fan is used for driving air to exchange heat with the second generator radiator, and the driving motor cooling fan is used for driving air to exchange heat with the second driving motor radiator, so that the water temperature entering the water inlet of the generator and the water temperature entering the water inlet of the driving motor can be differentially adjusted.
