The invention discloses a hybrid power vehicle integrated heat dissipation system and a control method thereof. The system comprises an engine water radiator, an engine intercooler, an electric drive unit water radiator and a cooling fan. The engine water radiator, the engine intercooler and the electric drive unit water radiator are sequentially and integrally installed on the same plane and located on the same windward side of the air outlet side of the cooling fan. A water outlet and a water inlet of the engine water radiator are respectively connected with a water inlet and a water outlet of an engine; an air outlet and an air inlet of the engine intercooler are respectively connected with an air inlet and an air outlet of the engine; the electric drive unit water radiator cools the drive motor through the first circulating water path and cools the generator, the hydraulic pump motor and/or the water pump motor through the second circulating water path. The heat dissipation effect and the energy utilization rate of the whole vehicle are effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力车辆集成散热系统及其控制方法,系统包括:发动机水散热器、发动机中冷器、电驱单元水散热器和冷却风扇;所述发动机水散热器、发动机中冷器和电驱单元水散热器依次集成安装在同一平面并均位于所述冷却风扇出风侧的同一迎风面上;所述发动机水散热器的出、进水口分别与发动机的进、出水口连接;所述发动机中冷器的出、进气口分别与发动机的进、出气口连接;所述电驱单元水散热器通过第一循环水路对驱动电机冷却,并通过第二循环水路对发电机、液压泵电机和/或水泵电机冷却。本发明有效提高了整车的散热效果和能源利用率。
