The invention discloses a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and an engine waste heat recovery device, system and method thereof. The device comprises a heat storage unit, a plurality of heat exchange areas, a tail gas inlet and a tail gas outlet. A heat storage unit, a first header and a second header are arranged in each heat exchange area, and the outer side of each heat storage unit is filled with a phase change material; the heat exchange area comprises a high-temperature heat exchange area, a medium-temperature heat exchange area and a low-temperature heat exchange area; after high-temperature exhaust gas enters the device, heat is transferred to the phase-change material in the heat exchange area, and the exhaust gas is exhausted from the tail gas outlet; cooling liquid flows in from the upper collecting box, exchanges heat with the phase change materials through the coiled pipes of the heat storage units and then flows out from the lower collecting box, and heat of the heat storage units is taken away. Intermittent heat of an engine is converted into a large amount of heat energy for a long time through phase change heat storage to be stored, and steam vaporization latent heat in exhausted smoke is utilized through a low-temperature phase change material. The whole vehicle heat supply and power generation system reasonably utilizes heat of all temperature areas, flue gas waste heat is used for battery heating, heat supply in a vehicle, power generation and the like, and gradient utilization of energy is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种插电混动汽车及其发动机余热回收装置、系统、方法,装置包括蓄热单元、多个换热区、尾气入口和尾气出口;每个换热区中设置蓄热单元、第一集箱和第二集箱,蓄热单元外侧填充相变材料;换热区包括高温换热区、中温换热区、低温换热区;高温排气进入该装置后,将热量传递给换热区的相变材料,从尾气出口排出;冷却液从上集箱流入,经蓄热单元的蛇形管与相变材料换热后从下集箱流出,带走蓄热单元的热量;利用相变储热将发动机间断的热量转变长久大量的热能储存,并通过低温相变材料实现排烟中水蒸气汽化潜热的利用;提出了合理利用各温区热量的整车供热发电系统,将烟气余热用于电池加热、车内供暖、发电等,实现能量的梯级利用。
