The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle engine and battery waste heat recovery system. The system comprises a pulsating heat pipe, a waste heat collection part, a circulating working medium box for waste heat collection, a pump and a controller, wherein, the pulsating heat pipe makes close contact with an engine and a battery, and a heat storage device in the waste heat collection part is filled with two different phase change energy storage materials which do not make contact with each other. According to the hybrid electric vehicle engine and battery waste heat recovery system, waste heat recovery on a hybrid electric vehicle is achieved, more importantly, heat of different qualities can be recovered through the heat storage device, and waste heat energy generated by the vehicle can be recovered and stored more sufficiently.

    本发明专利公开了一种混合动力汽车发动机和电池余热回收系统。该系统包括:脉动热管,余热收集部分,余热收集所用循环工质箱,泵,控制器组成;所述脉动热管与发动机和电池紧密接触,余热收集部分中的蓄热装置填充有两种不同的相变储能材料且彼此之间不接触。本发明不仅实现了混合动力汽车上的余热回收,更重要的是蓄热装置还可以实现对不同品质热量的回收,使汽车产生的余热能更加充分的被回收储存。
