According to the electric vehicle waste heat recovery system, a waste heat recovery module is arranged, the principle that in the initial starting stage of a vehicle, heating of a motor is faster than heating of a battery is utilized, waste heat of the motor is guided into a battery circulation system, and the effect of accelerating increasing of the temperature of the battery under the low-temperature working condition is achieved; the waste heat recovery module utilizes the combination of a four-way valve, a three-way valve and a plurality of cooling pipes, cooling water in an electric drive water path is introduced into a battery water path in good time under the control of a whole vehicle VCU, and after a battery reaches the optimal working temperature, connection of two loops is cut off, and heat exchange is stopped. The four-way valve connects the power motor thermal management loop with the power battery thermal management loop; cooling liquid output by the power motor enters the power battery; the three-way valve puts a power motor cooling loop short; under the low-temperature working condition, electric drive heat can be transferred to the battery, so that the temperature of the battery is rapidly increased, the discharging efficiency is improved, and the effect of prolonging the cruising ability of the electric passenger car under the low-temperature working condition is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种电动车余热回收系统,设置余热回收模块,利用在车辆启动初期,电机发热要快于电池的原理,将电机的余热导入电池循环系统,达到在低温工况下加快提升电池温度的效果;所述余热回收模块是利用四通阀,三通阀及若干冷却管的组合,在整车VCU控制下,将电驱水路中的冷却水适时引入到电池水路中去,当电池达到最佳工作温度后,切断两个回路的连接,热交换停止;四通阀将动力电机热管理回路和动力电池热管理回路连接起来;使得动力电机输出的冷却液进入到动力电池中;三通阀将动力电机冷却回路短接;本发明可在低温工况下,将电驱的热量传递给电池,使电池快速升温,提高放电效率,达到提高电动乘用车低温工况下续航能力的效果。
