The invention discloses a method for calculating an elevator balance coefficient and a detection system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting a three-phase voltage value and a two-phase current value of a three-phase motor, and calculating a voltage phase angle value and a line voltage effective value under a voltage synthesis vector in a two-phase [alpha] [beta] coordinate based on the three-phase voltage value and the two-phase current value; synthesizing a current phase angle value and a line current effective value under the vector by the current; the elevator car running speed and the elevator car running distance are calculated based on the voltage phase angle value; calculating a power factor based on the voltage phase angle value and the current phase angle value; the moment when the elevator car passes through the elevator balance position is recognized based on the elevator car operation distance, and the elevator balance coefficient is calculated based on the operation data when the elevator car passes through the elevator balance position. According to the method, the moment when the elevator car passes through the elevator balance position is calculated through the three-phase voltage value, the two-phase current value and the running distance of the elevator car, and the elevator balance coefficient can be quickly and accurately calculated based on the running data when the elevator car passes through the elevator balance position.

    本发明公开了一种计算电梯平衡系数的方法及检测系统,包括:采集三相电机的三相电压值和两相电流值,并基于三相电压值和两相电流值计算出两相αβ坐标中电压合成矢量下的电压相角值和线电压有效值;电流合成矢量下的电流相角值和线电流有效值;基于电压相角值计算出电梯轿厢运行速度和电梯轿厢运行距离;基于电压相角值和电流相角值计算出功率因数;基于电梯轿厢运行距离识别出电梯轿厢经过电梯平衡位置的时刻,并基于经过电梯平衡位置时的运行数据计算出电梯平衡系数。本发明通过三相电压值和两相电流值及电梯轿厢的运行距离,计算电梯轿厢经过电梯平衡位置的时刻,基于经过电梯平衡位置时的运行数据即可快速并精准计算出电梯平衡系数。
