The invention discloses an elevator balance coefficient detection method which comprises the following parts: S1, a laser speed measuring instrument which measures a distance difference in an extremely short time by adopting a laser ranging principle, and calculates a speed by dividing displacement by time; s2, the electric energy meter is used for recording electric energy used when the elevator goes up and down; the signal processing and displaying device is used for comprehensively processing the two kinds of collected data of the elevator, namely the speed and the electric energy consumed by the elevator. According to the method for measuring the balance coefficient of the elevator, the balance coefficient of the elevator is obtained by measuring the running speed of the elevator, collecting electric energy signals consumed by the elevator and processing data through the signal processing and display, and the efficiency and accuracy of measuring the balance coefficient of the elevator are improved.
本发明公开了一种电梯平衡系数检测方法,包括以下几部分:S1:激光速度测量仪,其采用激光测距原理,在极短时间测出距离差,并利用位移除以时间计算速度;S2:电能表,用来记录电梯上下行时,使用的电能;S3:信号处理和显示器:用来将采集到电梯的两种数据——速度和电梯消耗的电能进行综合处理。本发明提出了一种电梯平衡系数测量方法,通过测量电梯的运行速度、采集电梯消耗的电能信号,利用信号处理和显示器对数据进行处理,从而得到电梯的平衡系数,提高了电梯平衡系数测量的效率与准确性。
