The invention relates to an elevator braking force accurate-detection method based on an elevator balance coefficient, and relates to the field of elevator control. According to the method, by considering an eccentric load toward a counterweight direction when an elevator is no-load, the detection on an elevator with any balance coefficient can be realized; and by using an output current for beingrelated with a balance coefficient when the elevator goes down at stable speed in a non-load state, and by utilizing the two characteristic parameters of the elevator, a current is related with an elevator load through a torque, and an accurate detect current value is given, so that whether a braking force meets an index considered according to a rated load in the national standard or not is accurately detected. The method is short in detection time without affecting the normal use of the elevator, reasonable periodic automatic detection can be set, and the braking force of the elevator can completely guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the elevator if the detection is qualified, so that the compulsive requirements on the braking force and the braking force verification mentionedin the national standard GB7588-2003 Elevator Manufacture and Installation Safety Specification and the GB7588-2003 Number One Modification List are met.

    一种基于电梯平衡系数的电梯制动力精确检测方法,涉及升降梯控制领域。该方法考虑了电梯空载时向对重方向的偏载,能够实现对任意平衡系数电梯的检测,使用电梯空载稳速下行时的输出电流关联平衡系数,利用电梯的这两个特征参数,将电流通过转矩与电梯载荷相关联,给出准确的检测电流数值,从而精确检测其制动力是否满足国标中按额定载荷考量的指标。该方法检测时间短,不影响电梯的正常使用,可以设置合理的周期自动检测,如果检测合格,则该电梯的制动力完全能够保障电梯的安全可靠运行,这样同时满足了国家标准《GB7588‑2003电梯制造与安装安全规范》和《GB7588‑2003第一号修改单》中关于制动力与制动力验证的强制要求。
