The invention provides an aircraft control surface deflection angle measuring device. The aircraft control surface deflection angle measuring device comprises an electronic gyroscope sensor and a data processing system, the electronic gyroscope sensor is connected with the data processing system through a data cable; the measuring device further comprises a control surface clamp. The control surface clamp comprises a U-shaped plate piece and a self-locking supporting rod. The self-locking supporting rod penetrates through the bottom of the U-shaped plate and is installed on the U-shaped plate. The top of the self-locking supporting rod is matched with the inner surface of the U-shaped plate to be used for clamping an aircraft control surface. The electronic gyroscope sensor is mounted at the top of the U-shaped plate through a screw; the rubber pad can protect the airplane control surface from contacting with the paint surface and increase the friction force with the airplane control surface, and the airplane control surface is clamped by the double self-locking supporting rods, so that the deflection angle of the airplane control surface can be measured conveniently, quickly and accurately.

    本发明提供一种飞机舵面偏转角度测量装置,包括:电子陀螺仪传感器和数据处理系统;所述电子陀螺仪传感器与数据处理系统之间通过数据电缆连接;测量装置还包括:舵面夹具;所述舵面夹具包括:U型板件和自锁撑杆;所述自锁撑杆穿过U型板件底部,且安装在U型板件上;所述自锁撑杆顶部与U型板件内表面配合用于将飞机舵面夹紧;所述电子陀螺仪传感器通过螺钉安装在U型板件顶部;本发明中橡胶垫可保护飞机舵面接触漆面和增加与飞机舵面的摩擦力,采用双自锁撑杆夹持飞机舵面,使得本发明可以方便快捷准确的测量飞机舵面偏转角度。
