Then, the movable control surface of the aircraft is controlled to twist to different angles, meanwhile, the laser tracker is controlled to obtain the feature point space coordinates of the feature target ball in real time, the three-dimensional feature point coordinates are converted into plane coordinates by selecting three non-collinear points in the feature point space coordinates, and the coordinates of the circle center point are calculated; and finally, calculating the deflection angle of the aircraft control surface by combining a vector inner product formula. And high-precision identification of the control surface deflection angle can be realized according to a small number of obtained feature point coordinates, and the problems of low efficiency, tedious process, high risk and the like caused by a traditional method are effectively solved.

    本申请属于航空计量检验技术领域,为一种基于激光跟踪仪的飞机舵面角度测量方法,通过将特征靶球吸附到活动舵面上,设置激光跟踪仪并将激光跟踪仪与特征靶球建立光线连接,实现对活动舵面运动轨迹的无接触采集,同时结构简单,而后控制飞机的活动舵面拍扭转至不同的角度,同时控制激光跟踪仪实时获取特征靶球的特征点空间坐标,并通过选取特征点空间坐标中的不共线的三点将三维的特征点坐标转化为平面坐标对圆心点坐标进行计算,最后结合向量内积公式计算飞机舵面的偏转角度。依据获取的少量特征点坐标即可实现舵面偏转角度高精度辨识,有效解决了因传统方法导致的低效率、过程繁琐及危险性高等问题。
