The invention discloses an aircraft control surface angle detection system and method, the system comprises a packaging box, an upper computer, a plurality of work fixtures (1) and a plurality of wireless sensors are placed in the packaging box, the wireless sensors are installed on aircraft test parts through the work fixtures (1), data information of each test part of an aircraft is obtained through the wireless sensors, and the data information of each test part of the aircraft is stored in the packaging box. The upper computer provides an operation interface and displays the angle value of each control surface position of the airplane. The measurement range is +/-90 degrees, and the measurement precision is +/-0.1 degree; the detection requirement of the plane control surface deflection angle is met.
