The invention discloses an aircraft control surface deflection angle measurement method and system based on three-dimensional coordinates and a network architecture, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the three-dimensional coordinates of target points on the surface of an aircraft control surface through photogrammetry equipment, and uploading the three-dimensional coordinates to an edge server; and calculating the plane control surface deflection angle based on the three-dimensional coordinate of the target point. The method considers the curved surface characteristics of the aircraft control surface, improves the measurement precision and efficiency, and avoids the wear of the control surface through a non-contact measurement mode. In an aircraft general assembly workshop, the test period can be shortened and the production efficiency can be improved by quickly and accurately measuring the deflection angle of the control surface. In addition, the measurement mode is simple and convenient to operate and high in adaptability, and can be popularized and applied in various non-contact measurement scenes.

    本发明公开了一种基于三维坐标的飞机舵面偏角测量方法、系统和网络架构,包括利用摄影测量设备获取飞机舵面表面靶标点的三维坐标,并上传至边缘服务器;基于靶标点的三维坐标计算飞机舵面偏角。本发明考虑了飞机舵面的曲面特性,提高了测量的精度和效率,同时非接触式测量方式避免了对舵面的磨损。在飞机总装车间,快速、精确的舵面偏角测量可以缩短测试周期,提升生产效率。此外,这种测量方式操作简便、适应性强,能在各种非接触式测量场景中推广应用。
