The invention relates to the technical field of offshore wind power operation and maintenance, in particular to an offshore wind power operation and maintenance embarkation system and method. The system comprises a fixed anchor point, a traction rope and a traction machine, the fixed anchor point is fixed on a wind power operation and maintenance platform; the traction machine is arranged on the operation and maintenance ship; the two ends of the traction rope are connected to the fixed anchor point and the traction machine respectively; the traction machine is provided with a tension detector, the tension detector is used for monitoring the tension of the traction rope in real time, and the traction machine is used for winding and unwinding the traction rope according to a monitoring result of the tension detector; operation and maintenance personnel move back and forth between the wind power operation and maintenance platform and the operation and maintenance ship through the traction rope. By means of the fixed anchor points, the high-strength traction rope and the traction machine provided with the tension detector, safe and efficient movement of operation and maintenance personnel between the wind power operation and maintenance platform and the operation and maintenance ship is achieved; the influence of the complex marine environment is effectively resisted, the safety in the operation and maintenance process is ensured, and the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及海上风电运维技术领域,具体为一种海上风电运维登乘系统及方法;所述系统包括:固定锚点,牵引绳,牵引机;所述固定锚点固定于风电运维平台;所述牵引机设置于运维船上;所述牵引绳两端分别连接于所述固定锚点和所述牵引机;所述牵引机上设置有张力检测器,所述张力检测器用于实时监测所述牵引绳张力,所述牵引机根据所述张力检测器的监测结果对所述牵引绳进行收放;运维人员通过所述牵引绳往返于所述风电运维平台和所述运维船。本发明通过固定锚点、高强度牵引绳及配备张力检测器的牵引机,实现了运维人员在风电运维平台与运维船之间的安全、高效移动;有效抵御了海上复杂环境的影响,确保了运维过程中的安全,提高了运维效率。
