The invention discloses an offshore wind power operation and maintenance ship embarkation time selection method and a terminal, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the weather forecast information of a forecast moment, constructing a plurality of different ship-fan coupling models, determining the input parameters and input conditions of the plurality of different ship-fan coupling models based on the weather forecast information, and obtaining the input parameters and input conditions of the ship-fan coupling models; based on the input parameters and the input conditions, calculating ship motion response amplitude operators and ship abutting point lifting amplitude forecasting sequences of a plurality of different ship-fan coupling models under each degree of freedom at the forecasting moment, and determining whether the forecasting moment is suitable for ship embarkation operation or not according to the ship motion response amplitude operators and the ship abutting point lifting amplitude forecasting sequences; according to the method, a plurality of different ship-fan coupling models are constructed, the input parameters and the input conditions of the models are determined by using the weather forecast information at the forecast time, and the difference of the adaptability and the response condition of different ships to the sea condition is considered, so that the embarkation operation time of the offshore wind power operation and maintenance ship is determined more accurately and effectively.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电运维船的登乘择时方法及终端,获取预报时刻的气象预报信息,并构建多个不同的船只‑风机耦合模型,基于气象预报信息确定多个不同的船只‑风机耦合模型的输入参数和输入条件,基于输入参数和输入条件计算多个不同的船只‑风机耦合模型在预报时刻各个自由度下的船舶运动响应幅度算子以及船只顶靠点升降幅度预报序列,根据二者确定预报时刻是否适合船只的登乘作业,通过构建多个不同的船只‑风机耦合模型,并利用预报时刻的气象预报信息确定模型的输入参数和输入条件,考虑到了不同船只对海况的适应能力和响应情况的差异性,从而更准确、有效地确定出海上风电运维船的登乘作业时间。
