The invention discloses an offshore wind power operation and maintenance lifting and climbing device and a using method thereof.The offshore wind power operation and maintenance lifting and climbing device comprises a lower guide groove base, a shear fork lifting arm, a telescopic hydraulic cylinder and an upper guide groove platform, the shear fork lifting arm is arranged above the lower guide groove base, and the upper guide groove platform is arranged above the shear fork lifting arm; and the telescopic hydraulic cylinder is connected with the lower guide groove base. The telescopic movement of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder is converted into the transverse movement of the movable rod, then the transverse movement is converted into the vertical movement of the upper guide groove platform through the shear fork lifting arm, and meanwhile the shear fork lifting arm drives the telescopic climbing and leaning plate to stretch out and draw back. The device is simple in structure, cost-saving, convenient to store and not easy to corrode by rainwater; the machine body is thick, conveying of personnel and materials is facilitated, the pressure alarm is arranged, and the safety performance is good; different boarding modes are set for different operation or boarding states, and the flexibility is high.
本发明公开了一种海上风电运维升降登靠装置及其使用方法,其包括下导槽基座、剪叉升降臂、伸缩式液压缸和上导槽平台,所述剪叉升降臂设置在下导槽基座上方,所述上导槽平台设置在剪叉升降臂上方,所述伸缩式液压缸与下导槽基座相连。本发明通过将伸缩式液压缸的伸缩运动转化为活动杆的横向运动,进而通过剪叉升降臂转化为上导槽平台的竖直运动,同时剪叉升降臂带动伸缩登靠板的伸缩。本发明结构简单,节约成本,便于存放,不易被雨水腐蚀;本发明机体较厚,便于人员和物资的输送,且设有压力报警器,安全性能好;本发明对于不同的作业或登机状态,设有不同的登靠方式,灵活性强。
