The invention discloses a vehicle control method, device and equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of automatic driving control, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining real-time posture data, real-time physiological data and real-time environment data of a driver under a current vehicle control strategy; fusing the real-time posture data, the real-time physiological data and the real-time environment data to obtain fused data; the fusion data is input to a preset confidence level evaluation model, so that the confidence level evaluation model outputs a target confidence level grade based on the fusion data, and the target confidence level grade is used for representing the trust degree of a driver to a current vehicle control strategy; and updating the current vehicle control strategy based on the target confidence level grade so as to perform vehicle control based on a new vehicle control strategy. According to the invention, the automatic driving vehicle can be effectively controlled, so that the driving safety and the comfort level of passengers are improved.
