The invention relates to a method and device for controlling a vehicle to pass through a speed bump, a storage medium and electronic equipment. The method comprises the steps of receiving and analyzing a V2X message to obtain a speed bump position, a speed bump type and a speed bump structure parameter; the deceleration strip type comprises an arc-shaped section, a trapezoidal section and a quadratic curve-shaped section; acquiring the current position of the vehicle, determining whether the speed bump is in the lane where the vehicle is located and in front of the vehicle according to the current position of the vehicle and the speed bump position, and if not, ending; if yes, the comfortable vehicle speed is determined according to the deceleration strip type and the deceleration strip structure parameters; the comfortable speed means that vibration generated when the vehicle passes through the deceleration strip does not cause uncomfortable speed of passengers in the vehicle; and the current speed of the vehicle is obtained, and the vehicle is controlled to pass through the deceleration strip according to the current speed and the comfortable speed of the vehicle. According to the deceleration strip, the technical problem that vehicle vibration or traffic accident dangers are likely to be caused when a vehicle passes through the deceleration strip can be solved.
