The outer surface of the rotating shell is evenly covered with magnets. Parts such as a motor and a coupler in a common electromagnetic shock absorber are omitted, a ball screw and a coil and a magnet generated by electromagnetic damping are designed on the same tangent plane, the axial length of the damper is remarkably reduced, on-off of an external resistor is controlled through a semi-active control strategy, and the damping effect is improved. The magnitude of the generated ampere force can be controlled by further controlling the current in the coil, and real-time control over the electromagnetic shock absorber is achieved.
本发明属于车辆控制技术领域,提出一种抗冲击电磁悬架系统及控制方法,所述系统包括:电磁减振器、空气弹簧及外部电阻控制单元,电磁减振器包含阻尼器外壳、滚珠丝杠、丝杠螺母、振动传导装置、抗冲击装置,所述阻尼器外壳内粘接有线圈;所述振动传导装置通过抗冲击装置与丝杠螺母配合;所述转动壳的外表面均匀覆盖有磁铁。本发明省去了一般电磁减振器中的电动机、联轴器等零部件,将滚珠丝杠和电磁阻尼产生的线圈和磁铁设计到同一切面上,显著降低了阻尼器的轴向长度,通过半主动控制策略,控制外部电阻的开关,进一步控制线圈内部的电流即可控制产生安培力的大小,实现电磁减振器的实时控制。
