One of the rotor and the stator is suitable for being connected with a wheel, and the other is suitable for being connected with a vehicle body; the rotor comprises a main body and a first magnetic part arranged on the main body, and an accommodating cavity is formed in the main body; the stator comprises a second magnetic part, a fixing frame, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, the second magnetic part is arranged on the fixing frame, the fixing frame is contained in the containing cavity, the two ends of the fixing frame are connected with the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, and the stator and the rotor can move relatively under the action of the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part; a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in the main body; the first connecting rod penetrates through the first through hole, and the second connecting rod penetrates through the second through hole; when the main body is subjected to external force, the axle drives the rotor to move relative to the stator, the first through hole and the second through hole play a guiding role, the stability of the electromagnetic shock absorber can be improved, and therefore the shock absorption effect of the electromagnetic shock absorber is guaranteed.
