The invention provides a shock absorber, an air suspension, a control method of the air suspension, a controller, a control system and an automobile. The shock absorber comprises an oil storage cylinder, a working cylinder, a bottom valve and a piston assembly. The working cylinder is arranged in the oil storage cylinder; the bottom valve is arranged at the bottom of the working cylinder, and the piston assembly is movably installed in the working cylinder and is opposite to the bottom valve. The hydraulic system further comprises a displacement sensor mechanism, and the displacement sensor mechanism is arranged between the piston assembly and the bottom valve and used for detecting displacement signals generated when the piston assembly and the working cylinder move relatively. In the invention, the displacement sensor mechanism can be used for directly measuring the displacement signal corresponding to the displacement change when the piston assembly and the working cylinder move relatively, so that the displacement signal can be derived subsequently to obtain the speed and the acceleration, a height sensor and an acceleration sensor do not need to be additionally arranged for signal detection, and the use requirements are met.
