The invention provides integral hoisting equipment and method for a steel structure assembly type trestle. The integral hoisting equipment comprises a vehicle body, a hoisting arm and a connecting mechanism. The suspension arm is installed on the vehicle body. The connecting mechanism is composed of a steel wire rope, a bearing plate and a U-shaped frame. One end of the sling is connected with the upper surface of the bearing plate and located on the suspension arm, and the lower surface of the bearing plate connects multiple steel wire ropes to the U-shaped frame; a guide rod, a sliding rod, a handle, a return spring, a movable block, a transmission plate and an L-shaped clamping plate are arranged in the U-shaped frame, the handle is arranged at the top of the sliding rod, the bottom of the sliding rod is connected with the movable block, the movable block is hinged to the transmission plate, the lower end of the transmission plate is hinged to the L-shaped clamping plate, and the L-shaped clamping plate moves along the guide rod. Through cooperative operation of the vehicle body, the suspension arm and the connecting mechanism, the trestle hoisting and fixing process is simplified, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; through cooperation of the connecting cylinder, the connecting rod and other components, the stability of the trestle after being hoisted is ensured, the safety in the hoisting process is enhanced, and the trestle is prevented from shaking in the vehicle body moving process.

    本发明提供一种钢结构装配式栈桥整体吊装设备及方法,包括车身、吊臂和连接机构。吊臂安装在车身上,连接机构由钢丝绳、承载板和U形架组成;吊索一端连接承载板上表面,位于吊臂上,承载板下表面连接多根钢丝绳至U形架;U形架内含导向杆、滑动杆、手柄、回复弹簧、活动块、传动板和L形夹板,滑动杆顶部有手柄,底部连接活动块,活动块与传动板铰接,传动板下端与L形夹板铰接,L形夹板沿导向杆移动。本发明通过车身、吊臂和连接机构的协同作业,简化了栈桥吊装固定流程,降低了作业难度,提升了工作效率;利用连接筒、连接杆等部件的配合,确保了栈桥吊起后的稳定性,增强了吊起过程的安全性,防止栈桥在车身移动过程中的晃动。
