The invention relates to a trestle tower body hoisting process, a trestle comprises a base, a tower body, a truss type telescopic bridge, a walkway platform, a cab, a hydraulic system and an electrical system.The trestle tower body hoisting process comprises the following steps that firstly, the trestle tower body is placed on a wharf, and a wind power operation and maintenance ship and a wind power installation platform needed by trestle tower body hoisting are prepared; a main crane is arranged at the stern of the wind power installation platform and provided with a main hook and an auxiliary hook. The trestle tower body is transferred to a main deck of a wind power installation platform in advance, a main hook and an auxiliary hook of a main crane are used for being matched to conduct turning-over action, finally, the trestle tower body in the vertical state is hung by the auxiliary hook to be horizontally hung, and the trestle tower body is transferred to a wind power operation and maintenance ship and installed on the wind power operation and maintenance ship. According to the hoisting process, the wind power installation platform is adopted for being matched to achieve hoisting of the trestle tower body, the hoisting speed of the trestle is increased, and therefore the operation efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种栈桥塔身吊装工艺,栈桥包括基座、塔身、桁架式伸缩桥、走道平台、司机室、液压系统及电气系统,所述塔身的吊装工艺包括下述步骤:首先,栈桥塔身放置于码头上,准备好栈桥塔身吊装所需要的风电运维船、风电安装平台,风电安装平台的船艉设置有主吊机,该主吊机配备有主钩与副钩;提前将栈桥塔身转运至风电安装平台的主甲板上,使用主吊机的主、副钩配合进行翻身动作,最后,由副钩吊着竖直状态的栈桥塔身进行平吊,将栈桥塔身转移至风电运维船上,并安装在风电运维船上。本发明的吊装工艺,采用风电安装平台来进行配合实现栈桥塔身的吊装,加快栈桥吊装的速度,从而提高作业效率。
