The invention discloses a segmented integral hoisting method for a steel-structure coal conveying trestle. The segmented integral hoisting method comprises the following steps: assembling a steel truss in a segmented manner and then welding; wherein the two sides of the steel truss, the lower and upper chord cross beams, the upper and lower chord longitudinal beams, the horizontal supports and the purlines are spliced in sequence; the profiled steel sheets are laid and then welded; wherein the lap joint width of the profiled steel sheet and the welding spot position of spot welding are determined according to the center line of a main beam of the steel truss, and the welding position of a penetration welding stud is determined according to the center line of a secondary beam; the enclosure structure is installed; wherein the main framework is sequentially installed from bottom to top by adopting a single piece and a single span to form a spatial stability unit, and the inner color plate, the outer color plate and the window frame are installed after the installation of the main framework is detected to be qualified; and integrally hoisting the trestle which is assembled in a segmented manner after the trestle is rechecked to be qualified. And by adopting a segmented splicing and integral hoisting method, the overhead operation is less, the welding quality is ensured, and the safety risk is small.

    本发明公开一种钢结构输煤栈桥的分段整体吊装方法,包括:对钢桁架进行分段拼装后焊接;其中,分段拼装的顺序为:钢桁架的两侧、下上弦横梁、上下弦纵梁、水平支撑和檩条;对压型钢板进行铺设后焊接;其中,根据钢桁架的主梁中心线确定压型钢板的搭接宽度和点焊的焊点位置,根据次梁中心线确定熔透焊焊钉的焊接位置;对围护结构进行安装;其中,采用单根单跨且从下往上的顺序安装主骨架,以形成空间稳定性单元,在主骨架安装检测合格后安装内外彩板和窗框;对完成分段组装的栈桥经复核合格后进行整体吊装。采用分段拼装且整体吊装的方法,高空作业少,保证焊接质量,安全风险小。
