The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, and provides a pedestrian collision risk prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring target prediction parameters corresponding to each pedestrian at the current moment, wherein the target prediction parameters comprise a target motion speed of the pedestrian, a target distance when the distance between the pedestrian and a driving trajectory of a target vehicle is minimum, and a target overlapping rate of the pedestrian and the target vehicle; determining a target collision risk coefficient corresponding to each target prediction parameter according to a preset corresponding relation table between each prediction parameter and a collision risk coefficient; calculating the current collision risk probability of the pedestrian at the current moment according to each target collision risk coefficient; and according to the current collision risk probability of each pedestrian, the target pedestrian with the collision risk greater than the preset risk is screened from all the pedestrians, so that the accuracy of pedestrian collision risk prediction is improved.
