The invention provides a collision risk prediction method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the relative motion information of a vehicle and a target traffic participant, and the information of the target traffic participant; based on the relative motion information, acquiring collision time between the vehicle and the target traffic participant; based on the information of the target traffic participant, obtaining a collision risk value of the vehicle and the target traffic participant through fuzzy reasoning; and based on the collision time and the collision risk value, determining a collision risk level of the vehicle and the target traffic participant. According to the scheme, the relative motion information of the vehicle and the target traffic participant in the actual traffic scene and the information of the target traffic participant are utilized, the collision time and the collision risk value are calculated and fused to determine the collision risk level, the actual traffic scene can be better fit, the collision risk prediction accuracy is improved, and the collision risk prediction efficiency is improved. And the vehicle driving safety is further improved.
