The invention belongs to the technical field of climbing frames of tower cranes, and particularly relates to a climbing frame capable of being detached in the air and a detaching method.The climbing frame comprises a front piece and a rear piece which are detachably connected, and the front piece and the rear piece are spliced into a whole of the climbing frame through a plurality of detachable connecting parts on the connecting sides; hoisting parts are mounted at the upper and lower parts of the outer edges of the connecting sides of the front piece and the rear piece; the method comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively fixing a front piece and a rear piece of a climbing frame on a tower body, and separating the front piece from the rear piece; the lower portion of the rear piece is slowly pulled away from the tower body through a lifting hook of the tower crane, a connecting pin shaft between the rear piece and the special section is detached, and then the lifting hook drives the climbing frame rear piece to be slowly lifted away from the tower body and then lifted to the ground; and the front piece can be detached. By adopting the climbing frame with a two-piece structure, under the condition that the tower body is provided with the attachment frame, the climbing frame can be detached in the air and suspended to the ground, so that the capability of the tower crane for coping with severe storm weather can be effectively improved, and the wind bending moment at the top of the tower crane is reduced.

    本发明属于塔式起重机爬升架技术领域,具体涉及一种可空中拆卸的爬升架及拆卸方法,爬升架包括可拆卸连接的前片和后片,前片和后片通过连接侧多个可拆卸的连接部拼装成爬升架的整体;前片和后片连接侧的外缘上下部安装有吊装部;其方法首先分别将爬升架的前片和后片固定在塔身上,将前、后片分离;然后用塔机的吊钩将后片的下部缓慢拉离塔身,再将后片和特殊节之间的连接销轴拆除,之后吊钩带着爬升架后片缓慢吊离塔身,再吊载至地面;前片拆卸与之相同。本发明通过采用两片式结构的爬升架,在塔身安装附着架情况下,可以在空中拆卸,并吊载至地面,可以有效提高塔式起重机应对恶劣暴风天气的能力,减少塔机顶部风弯矩。
