Along with flourishing development of national economy, intellectualization is promoting social development in a manner of arranging mountains and seas, and revolutionary changes occur in various fields of the society nowadays. An airport will become a fast, safe and efficient transportation hub for future development of the airport, the system design is mainly to solve the complex relation of people flow, logistics and information flow, and a safe, convenient, fast and accurate service environment is provided for passengers, so that a set of complete intelligent system solution is needed to ensure normal operation of the airport. According to the airport departure luggage automatic carrying system based on the robot technology, the five-face automatic code scanning technology is adopted, the consignment bar codes of departure luggage are read, the background is in butt joint with an airport consignment shipping bill system, a trailer queue corresponding to the consignment luggage is obtained, the boundary dimension of the luggage is automatically detected through the three-dimensional laser measurement technology, and the airport departure luggage automatic carrying system based on the robot technology is obtained. An RJ45/RS232 protocol is adopted to communicate with an industrial transfer robot, the robot grabs consigned luggage through detected data and accurately places the consigned luggage on a corresponding trailer through a trailer queue number obtained by a background, and full-automatic luggage transfer and stacking of airport departure luggage are achieved.

    随着国家经济的蓬勃发展,智能化正在以排山倒海之势推动社会的发展,如今社会的各个领域正在发生革命性的变化。机场将成为未来发展机场应该是快捷、安全、高效的交通枢纽,在系统设计上主要是解决好人流、物流、信息流的复杂关系,为旅客提供安全、方便、快捷、准确的服务环境,这就需要一套完善的智能系统解决方案,以保证机场的正常运行。本方案的基于机器人技术的机场出港行李自动搬运系统:采用5面自动扫码技术,读取出港行李的托运条码,后台对接机场托运舱单系统,获取托运行李所对应的拖车队列,利用三维激光测量技术,自动检测行李的外形尺寸,采用RJ45/RS232协议与工业搬运机器人进行通讯,机器人通过检测到的数据对托运行李进行抓取,并通过后台获取的拖车队列编号,将托运行李准确的放置在对应的拖车上,实现机场出港行李全自动行李搬运和堆叠。
